Kremena Tenev is currently Principal Investment Officer and Global Sector Lead Chemicals & Fertilizers at the IFC. She has close to 20 years of experience in the field of international finance. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Tenev was with IFC’s General Manufacturing and Southern Europe & Central Asia Departments, dealing with projects and acquisitions in various manufacturing sectors in emerging markets. She holds a MBA from Georgetown University and MS in Economics from Varna University.

Hayoung LEE

Hayoung Lee is a Senior Investment Officer at IFC covering the chemicals & fertilizer sector. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Seoul), working in corporate restructuring and M&A. Mr Lee joined IFC in 2007. He worked on agribusiness and chemicals projects in various countries and served as Resident Representative of IFC in Korea (2013-2015). Mr Lee holds a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA).

Marina Simonova is Head of Ammonia Service at Fertecon Agribusiness Intelligence. She joined the company in 2013. Marina has about 13 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, previously working as a Senior Consultant at CRU (London) and as a market analyst for EuroChem (Moscow).

Lian Yajie is Manager of BAIINFO Fertilizer Division and senior analyst on the Chinese fertilizer industry. She joined BAIINFO in 2007. Lian Yajie graduated from Zhengzhou University and majored in Business Administration.
