Henk van DALFSEN

Henk van Dalfsen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Trammo AG, an international merchandising and trading group that specializes in fertilizers, ammonia, liquefied petroleum gases, petrochemicals and other commodities, including petcoke, coal and rice. He has been serving on Trammo’s Board of Directors since 2009. Henk van Dalfsen started his trading career with Cargill Inc. in Geneva, where he held several positions, trading in cereals, peas and fertilizers. He joined Trammo in 1996 as a product manager for urea ammonium nitrate solutions (UAN) before taking over the product management of urea in 2003. In 2007, Henk was promoted to the position of CEO of the group’s Fertilizers & Commodities division, before advancing to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Trammo Group in 2011. Henk is a Dutch citizen.

Monica Benavente is Legal Counsel at Keytrade AG (Switzerland), since 2011. She manages litigation and arbitration and leads the contract standardization project. Previously she worked as Legal Counsel at Suntech Power International Ltd. She holds a law degree by the University of Barcelona, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) by the Northwestern University (Chicago) and a Postgraduate in Maritime Law by the London Metropolitan University. She is also a collaborator professor in the Master in Lawyering at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) where she teaches Contract Law & Corporate Law.

Charlie Perkins is General Manager at CSBP Fertilisers since 2013. He joined CSBP in 2006 as Commercial Manager Fertilisers. Between 2008 and 2013, he held various executive positions as CFO, General Manager Sodium Cyanide, and General Manager Ammonia / Ammonium Nitrate. Prior to CSBP, he worked in various corporate finance positions with Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and Australian Railroad Group. Mr Perkins is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments.

Dirk Pergoot is Managing Director at Sals AD (Bulgaria), member of the Euroports Group since 2000. He started his career in the late 1980’s as sales manager, working in Germany, Holland and Belgium. Between 1993 and 2000, Mr Pergoot worked at Amylum Bulgaria, Amylum Nisasta (Adana), and was involved in various logistics and general management projects in East-Europe. He holds a Master Degree from the RUG University of Ghent (Belgium) and specialized at the Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia (Bulgaria).
