CRU Group, United Kingdom

Mike Gallagher is General Manager for Fertilizers. He runs the portfolio of 38 products for CRU in the Fertilizer space and leads a team of 25 analysts. He also provides contributions to the Outlook and Cost work of the Fertilizer group across the nutrients. Mike Gallagher joined CRU in 2015 after 30 years in economic and financial market research and most recently worked as Director of Research for IDEAglobal.

> Uralchem, Russia

Nina Khangaldyan is in the Russian fertilizer industry for more than 20 years, working in companies involved in the production and trade of phosphate and nitrogen fertilizers (Phosagro and Uralchem). She is specialized in the analysis of the Russian and international fertilizer markets, trade policy, and representation and protection of companies’ interests in international industry organizations. Earlier, she worked in the All Russia Market Research Institute, with specialization in economics of West European countries.

Carl Roache is the Asian Fertilizer Editor at Argus Media, based in Singapore and responsible for co-ordinating regional coverage for the global FMB fertilizer reports. Prior to moving to Singapore earlier this year, Carl edited the global FMB Potash and the FMB Fertilizer Europe publications from Argus’ London head office. Before joining Argus in 2013, he worked as an editor 

> Fertiliser Association of India (FAI), India

Satish Chander is the Director General of the Fertiliser Association of India since 2008. In his career span of over 30 years, he held various positions with the Government of India, including the Ministry of Agriculture. He has been associated with a large number of high-level Committees constituted by the Government in addressing the issues concerning Indian farmers and the Fertiliser Sector. He has been actively associated with the Government in the reform process of the fertiliser sector. He is on the Board of the Certified Crop Advisor Programme in India and of International Plant Nutrition Institute.

> Nexant Asia Limited, Thailand

Rungtawan is a Senior Consultant in Nexant’s Energy & Chemicals Advisory Services in Bangkok. She currently leads Nexant’s advisory for methanol and ammonia derivatives for the Asian region. Rungtawan has got around 17 years of chemical industry experience covering both operational and consulting. Before joining Nexant, she worked with BST/BSTE in Thailand. She studied Chemical Engineering and MBA at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
